Welcome to the Seattle Adult Hockey League
SAHL is a senior recreational ice hockey league with divisions for players age 35+ and 50+. We are a USA Hockey affiliate playing “no-check” rules. All games are played at Shoreline’s Highland Ice Arena in the spirit of camaraderie and good sportsmanship. Registrations are now being accepted for the 2010-2011 season, which begins October 14th.
